A Note From Darrell

by Darrell on June 12, 2012

Every year I grow prouder that Ross-Simons has earned the trust and loyalty of so many wonderful customers across the country. Your feedback has always been invaluable to our success. By talking with you in our stores, reading your letters and following your comments on Facebook and Twitter, my team and I can focus on what’s important to you right now.

What I’ve learned above all else is that you love jewelry so much, you’re always ready for more – to see more, learn more and experience more! So by popular demand, we’ve added a new interactive feature to our website called INSIDE THE JEWELRY BOX.

With a quick click on our home page, you’re there. INSIDE THE JEWELRY BOX features everything you ever wanted to know about jewelry, all in one place. Get easy access to Ross-Simons on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest (we’re amazed at how fast Pinterest has grown and we’re flattered that so many of you have “pinned” our jewelry).

You’ll also find creative inspiration from top celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch and Inside Edition’s Deborah Norville. They are just two of the guest stylists who share their jewelry secrets in our video collection. We’re also running an informative video series that takes the mystery out of buying diamonds. The clips are quick and fun to watch, and I highly recommend them to anyone planning an important diamond purchase. Why not forward the link to someone who has just gotten engaged?

INSIDE THE JEWELRY BOX gives you special access to our team of experts as well. Ross-Simons buyers, personal shoppers and designers are eager to share their knowledge and enthusiasm about jewelry, so ask them anything. They’re happy to answer your questions and give you a real insider’s viewpoint. And be sure to keep reading our fashion blogs. Our contributors are big jewelry fans, and I always look forward to their next posts.

I wish you would consider carrying a variety of American flag pins. The cheap ones I find are too cheap, and the expensive ones are out of my price range too. Surely someone can produce a pretty American flag pin in the $25-$50 range.

Best wishes,
Deborah Hendrick

I am a long time customer of Ross Simons in your stores and on line, I have had only wonderful courteous sales people. My only complaint is on your packaging of necklaces…you send them in felt pouches and when they arrive they are tangled and It can take me several hours to untangle them. Maybe secure the necklace on a holder and then place it in the pouch.
Thank you,
Mary Curtis
